Where can I find a list of all the races that this module supports?

You can't. On the Application Process thread you should find all the subraces that we welcome applications for though.

Some subraces the mod has are things that we just don't feasibly ever intend on handing out to a PC due to being too outlandish or too powerful.

How do i take a subrace without starting in that DM area thingy :?:

Read the applications section of the website. Certain "non-standard" subraces are restricted by DM approval.
