News of this great wizard continues to flow in. We have a number of reports, many of them conflicting, and really little sense of how to approach the situation without your guidence. At the moment no laws have been broken but the potential for danger remains.

I would hope that you could meet and come to a decision regarding the direction the city wishes to take, so that we may then be able to enforce this desicion.

I've attached copies of our file on the supposed cult for your convience.
