Since the server came back up, I don't think the crafting works. That is, the modify funciton. I tried a modification of dc 11 over 13 times and failed each time. Thats statistically significant, because it should only happen 0.0122% of the time with a geometric distribution where p = 0.5!

This is fixed -- although not a high priority because Armorcrafting is being removed entirely shortly.
