I send you this letter per your request since you had not the time to answer my question when I visited your enclave. I wished to inquire as to the general outlines of joining your organization. I heard there is somekind of test, is there anything that needs to be achieved before being allowed to take this test?

If there aren't, and even if there are, I would like to hereby notify you of my interest of signing up. Since I entered Sanctuary I have begun to develope a seemingly endless interest in these automatons that wander the city and hope that with my assistance the Spellguard will be able to aquire even more information about them.

We observe all potential applicants to the Spellguard and determine if the subject has the required loyalty, responsibility, competence, dedication, and so on to join our organization. After substantial observation, the opportunity to take our test is extended to the applicant.

Bringing information about potential seditionists, threats, traitors, spies, criminals, or dangers to Sanctuary is looked upon very favorably for potential members.
