Victor Hastian
Questioned as a suspect in early Eleint 1367 in a missing person case (was seen dining with victim, an elderly merchant named Jorn Malder, a day before he disappeared). No criminal charges were brought in the matter, against him or any of the other three suspects, due to a lack of solid evidence of any wrongdoing.Served a jail sentence (minor crimes) on Midwinter 1370 for being a public nuissance: specifically, for public intoxication and rowdiness after a, quote, "grand smashing ball down at that place, you know the one." Private Hersur noted that he did not, in fact, "know the one," but suspected that it was an estate in the Canal Ward.
Gaeseric the Unyielding
Flamerule 8, 1370 -- Large angry individual (Gaeseric) and companion with scythe (Gundahar?) both arrested for being public nuissances: the first was brawling in the streets and the other waved his scythe in the face of the arresting Private. Claimed to have just arrived in the city a few days ago.Flamerule 12, 1370 -- Gaeseric was arrested for assaulting on sight a travelling drow wine dealer in Upper Sanctuary. Served time for serious crimes and was fined five hundred gold pieces in damages. Claimed to be unaware that drow were permitted to walk freely in the city. Provided a very colorful description of how he felt about that particular aspect of our society.
Flamerule 15, 1370 -- Again arrested for repeatedly punching the smith Serphin Ord in the face. Had hired the smith to repair several pieces of weaponry and armor which he valued; smith melted one and severely damaged two others. Gaeseric served time for serious crimes and was fined six hundred gold pieces in damages. Also required to abide by the terms of contract, so no refund of initial payment.
Flamerule 15, 1370 -- Arrested for brawling with half-drow Jerloch; both served minor sentences for being public nuissances. Initial charges of assault were later dropped by witnesses.
