[Letter to the Watchhouse for Lt. Alders and Sgt. Durris]

Lieutenant/Seargant,

I wanted to thank you for your assistance over the past several days. The Watch has been an incredible resource for the security of the city, and I commend you and your fellows for it. Before you read further, know that this is an unrelated matter to the present crisis, so if necessary please set this letter aside until a later date. Also, I'd point out that I have written this to you because I know you can deliver this to the correct channels, perhaps the Sheriff.

Yesterday, the criminal Skraggit was captured, tried, and executed. I noticed an enormous amount of equipment and wares in his control, now held in the trust of the Watch.

I would like to ask a question and make a proposal. First, what will become of these things? Second, I would offer the services of The Commonwealth as a third-party organization to hold a government auction on confiscated goods, profitting from a low-percentage cut. The exact contract can be worked out later, I just wanted to see if this was even a viable option. Thank you for your time.
