Can it be changed so we pay after the sending has been succesful, not before?

I was about to do a sending the other day, then found out i didn't need too, so i hit escape without actually making the sending. But then i still paid.

It sounds more logical to pay once you've used the service, not before when you still might not use it.

Reversing the order would be exploitable. Especially if you are using escape to get out of convos.
