My name is Jaston Bennall, a monk of Chauntea. I arrived here after being captured by Ilithids. I was only able to reach the Sanctuary because the Ilithid blasting me with his psionic powers accidentally slipped in a little information from its previous victims which, to my luck, knew the location of the Sanctuary. The reason I write you is because I wish to help the Sanctuary to defend it until a way out is found. I wish to become a member of the fine Watch. You may ask of my expirience. I am a monk who has been devoted to only Chauntea and the martial arts for his entire life. I belive this qualifies me to be a good defender of the Sanctuary. Also, though a small feat, I defeated a goblin toll in the lower mines just outside of the Sanctuary. This simply shows that I wish for people to live with as little harm as possible.
