Commander Zerelde Geirdriful of the Tigereye Mercenary Company is hereby banished from Upper Sanctuary for second violation of her sentence, at the judgement of Councilor Grigor Starag. A single exception will be made every two months to permit her to cast a vote at the Town Hall during elections.
