Repeater Crossbow aiming at your party

Alright, no matter what but this is an awkward thing to happen when using the crossbow.

In the stairway quest, I have twice just clicked on a zombie that has been killed before I could click it, so I clicked on the ground, hitting neither player or hostile target. The bad side here is that the repeater crossbow takes an aim to one of my party members and fires a full load of bolts to him/her :S. It's seriously awkward when you "accidently" aim at your buddy and kill them.

For our luck both were saved just before they reached -10 hp.

Its a gnomish device though. Sounds like its working fine.

Oh yeah. You got a point there

That was short

If a gnomish device only harms and doesn't kill or destroy anything in the radius of 15 feet, it's basically a successful and efficient gnomish creation.

Hehe, gnomish technology.

I'll look into this one, but it's pretty low priority and I didn't design our siege weapon scripts.

Basically, I believe the way this works is it wants a target, but then targets a radius. If it doesn't have a target, the radius is likely at the siege engine itself, so it targets all around it.

No no, I mean it, it specificly targets all shots in one of my party members. It does not shoot a single shot to anyone else, but this one person. And no, it's not the closest one to the siege, since it once started to shoot person in other side of the screen until it's ammos went out and the person was at -7 hp.

Has not been fixed yet, I believe.

This hasn't been fixed yet, but I'm inclined to just say that it's gnomish technology and be done with it. Cawila wrote the script -- if he wants to take a look at it, he'd probably have better luck figuring out the issue (if there is one).
