I informed you about the wizard glowing in magics earlier today. I confronted the man multiple times about his inability to follow the rules of magic around the town and he yet challenged me back, though he was in the wrong.

He ignored all as he walked about, not even attempting to mask himself or the magics surrounding him, claiming defensive magic was safe to wear constantly. The man even set foot in the enclave for a short moment, claiming he was right, before leaving.

I do not believe he will be the only one thinking like this. I have come across a few more spellcasters, none of which will give their names or any sort of identity. The main offending one walks around in a yellow and blue robe with waistcoat and tries to speak like someone of nobility, though he is most likely just another adventurer.

He dissappeared into a smoking hole with a few friends, probably to plot something and cause more havok. I will try and find out more about this man.
