I would sugest changing how this stuff works. It seems you can move and drink healing potions while under the influence. Is this intended or a bug? -dholt5

Yes the targets get nauseated, they're allowed to move slowly and do some minimal things, just casting spells and attacking are out.
(Dont ask me how you drink potions while you're puking your guts up either but thats how it is, if it did any more it would be too powerful)

The reason I brought this up is that you are able to move back from your attacker and quaf potions while under the effect of this wich greatly reduces the utility of the poweder. In fact, I could be wrong, but I think the attacker doesnt even get AoO's as his target moves back becuase the target is walking. -dholt5
npc's completely shut down under choking powder. I think they are good enough. =]
Choking Powder is very strong, it's an inexpensive and common utility tool, it isn't intended to be the ultimate PvP weapon.
