I used the search function to ensure this hasn't been suggested before, and came up with no hits. That may be because there already is this function, but I've not found it yet in the module, so I'll suggest it and hope I'm not flamed. :D

I think it would be helpful if there was some kind of Town Crier to relay messages to the people of Sanctuary.

I believe there is something there that I found like this but you should discover it in game. Not too easy to find but it exists.

I thought of this idea before, but it's for a PC concept. Perhaps rather than relying on the DM team to script a town crier, you go ahead and make a news faction? Hmm?

There is a town-crier-type guy, and he's more or less exactly where you would expect him to be. (And even called something that makes sense.)
