When I play as my kobold character, I can't see or highlight troglodytes of any kind (I can still see their names with tab). This means I can't attack or target them. This also happens with ochre jellies.

That's because the latest update (which introduces them) isn't installed properly. If you can't see them with any character, you'll need to re-update them. If it's only Vix, then i can't help you.

Sounds like a problem on your end, recommend re-installing or getting help on IRC.
