During the Lizard men attack i was killed by a Tigereye Mercenary i couldnt exactly tell what was going on as there was tremendous amounts of lag. Anyway the server crashed and when i logged on and went to rearange my quickslots i found i had no items but the ones that had been on my body and all my gold had gone. I talked to Nuclear catastrophe and he gave me 1000 gold to compensate and 500 to replace the gold that i had at the time. Im very grateful that Nuke did this for me but i had lots of potions and rare items and The gold he gave me doesnt cover half of the items i had .I can do my best to get a list of what i had if you vould trust me to do so, or if you even take the time to bother looking into this.

It was because you attacked the npc somehow. Was it you who threw the fire flask in middle of us all? It's automatic that they attack one that causes harm to them, so you used somekind area attack that damaged the npc and they charged you.

The same will happen if you cast darkness or something like that and catch a NPC in the radius. Watch your aim. Traditionally a "tough luck" response is given to this sort of thing. You are fortunate to have been given gold, but good luck.

This is definitely not the correct way to handle this. In fact, this was already handled, by NC, and I'm afraid you'll just have to do without those items that may have been lost (and be more careful with alchemist's fire in the future with NPCs around, incidentally).
