It's Jac. I checked out Fort Mur, but didn't find a whole lot. Maybe I was looking in the wrong places.

A couple of things I did find, though. There's a man in the Canal Ward claiming to have a portal to the surface. I checked it out. It takes you right through a troglodyte complex, complete with some snakeblooded woman leading them. My companions and I fought our way through and slew the beasts, but as the existance of such lies could be detrimental to the hopes of others, we should make certain the man is punished.

Also, while trekking through the underdark I found a map in a dead man's pack. The map had the initials F.B. on it, but I'm not sure what location it marks. I can't make heads or tails of it, but I'm sure you'll have better luck. Meet me at the tavern sometime so I can show it to you. I'd really like you to take a look at it.

Lastly, I found a book. It seems like it could be pretty valuable to the right person. Maybe it could raise some of those funds you're looking for?
