Letter to G. Portnom

Mr. Portnom,

I am Zerelde Geirdriful; I have an interest in developing some property that you might share. I believe you know that Victoria's property in Lower is supposed to be sold by the council. You are meant to be interested in buying her property. There might be a better way to get the property than to buy it outright.

When Victoria died her estate was left to an employee of hers named Maestro; Maestro's name is still on the deed. Maestro had always planned on rebuilding on the former site of the Comely Inn -- an endeavor for which we became business partners and started a small company. Maestro and I drew out extensive plans for an inn and business to be built on that site named "The Tail End." Recently I have found a couple other citizens interested in working on this project, though the initial plans for financing died when Maestro was killed -- perhaps this is where you might come in.

I am sure that if The Tail End can be resurrected you could end up with some handsome equity in a promising business for far less investment than the price you are faced with paying to buy it outright.

There are other issues we could discuss. We should meet.

- Zerelde Geirdriful
