I, Doctor Razvanul, will hold a summoning contest in the arena. This is going to happen within the week.
The winner will receive 500 gold coins.
Every participant need to pay 50 coins fee to take part.
Rules are very simple:
-No other kind of casting than summoning spells
-Competitors are not allowed to boost their summons anyway
-Competitors are responsible about how their summons act. For instance, if your summon harms spectators or other competitors, you are supposed to compensate the loss.
-Every fight is a duel, loser drops and winner continues.
-Winner is the one whose summon is the last in the arena (this means both ways, Summon destroys the other one or the enemy caster cant hold his summon in the arena enough long to see which summon is stronger)
-If tie happens, I will choose one spectaror randomly and he will decide which summon was better one. (At the moment I have two possibilities for Tie. First, the summons will dissapear at the same time or those will destroy each other same time)
-Competitors are allowed to rest between the matches, but they must be ready on the arena when their turn comes out again or they will lose the match.
-(something is sweeped over with black color) Items or devices which can summon a creature of some sort are not allowed.
Before that summoning contest starts, there will be opening fight, the legendary Last-man-standing. In this fight, there is no reward for the winner but great respect. Those who want to take part into this Legendary opening fight need to send me a letter to the Rock Bottom Inn
Competitors to the summoning contest, leave your name under this so I can see how many are interested.
((OOC: This will start around 21.00 GMT+3 on saturday)

Scribbled under the notice in the Rock Bottom, is the following, written in an elegant handwriting.
Just so to clear matters up, summoning forth acidic arrows, gasses of poison, magical armors, as well as Planar and Interplanar creatures and objects, are allowed, then?
Also, for further clarification, he who accumilates the most objects to summon forth creatures, objects or various other applications of the spell, wins? So it is not a test of skill, it is a test of items?
The note is unsigned, but if asked around, a Spellguard Agent has been seen writing the message, whom some may know as Michael de la Rey.

This is contest between summoned creatures and/or planar/interplanar creatures. Anykind of creature which holds a form is supposed to fight for you. Melfs acid arrows, for instance, is not fullfilling the criteria. Your summon must be able to take orders from you and you need to control it after you summon it. This is very hard to define, but something simple would be like that they do have brains or nervous system.
And to the point of items, a true caster can do better than most Items which are able to summon a creature. I would say that the most respect will earn the one, who is able to produce some own summons. I do not want to break the soul of this competition, but this is hold because of research and enjoyment.
If the spectators are asking for a good show, then nature casters are only allowed. No anykind of Items in the contest.
