I know that the Watch works hard to find dedicated individuals to furthur protect Sanctuary and its beliefs. I'd like to bring your attention to a stunning individual named Quadra Pirillithis.

I have personally worked with her for quite a time, ever since her work with the former mercenary group known as The Golden Doubloons. She has proven over all this time that she is a very powerful, dedicated, spirited and caring individual that will furthur the causes of justice and safety in our home. She has assisted the council and law enforcement agencies in apprehending dangerous criminals, such as the gnome Zan. Her kindness and generosity has been noted by Sanctuary's citizenship and among many of the higher order figures that run Sanctuary today.

I understand that she is interested in working with you and your fine men and women in our duty of protecting Sanctuary. Sheriff Walters, I give Miss Pirillithis my highest recommendation.

A dear friend of mine today informed me that she desires to join the ranks of the Watch. As such, I thought I should send you my assessment of Lady Quadra Prilithis.

As a warrior you won't find many above her skills. She's fierce and passionate, which also reflects her personality. She is also fiercely devoted to her friends.

She tends to be slightly emotionally unstable at times, but not unreliably so. As for performing duties as a member of the Watch, I do not believe she would let you down or cause a problem.

Aside from that, she's a charming elf with a strong will. She deserves at least an interview with you or your representative. I'm sure you'll find her to be as charming and pleasant as I do.
