*Sealed letter to the Seekers*

Inquiry: [For General Overview, all Seekers] 14th day of Alturiak in the year 151 Operative Delgado

Greetings members of the Seekers, I send this missive to you in an attempt to further some of my studies concerning the various caverns that surround Sanctuary. The various passages and caverns that surround us shift regularly and make travelling around the Underdark a most perplexive task at the least, a task the Seekers have most experience with none the less. I require information on the extend of these changes, how regularly they occur and your thoughts on the reasons behind them. Is it due to natural phenomenon such as quakes and landslides or a part of the Svirfneblin defences, such as elemental spirits affecting the rocks?

    With regards,

    *signed* Operative Delgado

Delgado,

Sounds like you need to get out more. They don't shift that much, and a regular stroll about our surroundings should keep you appraised of what's where. Put away the scrolls for a few hours and take a jog down to the Blue Mushroom -- from what I've seen you could use it.

The svirfneblin defenses just seem to be sitting there not doing much, except for the ones you folks are prodding around. I don't have a "technical assessment" on whether these changes are part of their defenses -- we just work around them. They make it a hell of a pain to keep our maps updated, so if you could figure out a way to switch 'em off that'd be just grand, but I doubt you actually can at this point -- only had a hundred years to study them, eh?
