It has recently been pointed to me that the Council is viewing the possibility of rebuking the anti-spellcasting laws. Is this true? If it is true, why has the Council not sent a formal missive to the Spellguard to gain a professional insight into the matter?

I will be approaching each Councillor soon to discuss this matter in person and would also like to address the Council in it's whole on the matter in the near future.
