I must start off by saying that I'm rather suprised to find out someone doesn't know what gladiator fights are. I'm more than glad to explain this to you though.

Basically, the idea is that a set of gladiators, as in heroic fighters, almost like actors who do it for the audience watching, will fight each other in a usually closed space. Or that is the case in my fights at least. Not to the death of course, but to knock the other one unable to fight back anymore.

The winners will be praised by the crowd, and they will get fame and glory, this is after all what all gladiators dream of. There is also another rather appreciated part in winning too, oh yes, the spoils. All decent gladiator tournaments end up with the winners fetching something marvellous, from money to items with magical properties! I'm rather pleased to see you showed interest in this, and I'll be quite happy if I see you in the tournaments.
