Fake Citizen stone.

Not sure if it was suggested already so forgive me if its an old topic.

As far as I know, to get a citizen stone you need to ‘register’, going to the town hall give a name (fake or not) and everything. Beside, all your criminal record will be associated with those (I think).

So I think it would be interesting if you have someone selling ‘fake’ citizen stones, probably from people who died, lost or any other reason.

That way you don’t have to go to Upper Sanctuary, enter the Town Hall, and register, just to be able to hear the public messages, you could simply buy an illegal one.

This could go even further, say, for a large amount you can even ‘clean’ yours from possible small criminal records (if its related to it).

I don't see any mechanics restricting you from persuing this in game already. :)

Yeah as the people who aprehended Zan may have noticed. He had like 7 citizen stones.

Basically--

We need to pin down exactly what Citizen's Stones actually do, if anything, aside from listening to sendings, before I begin adding "fake citizen's stones" and "citizen's stone necklaces" and such. Give us a few days to work that out.
