Citizens of Sanctuary:
The Spellguard would wish to stress the need that citizens report unauthorized spellcasting outside the wards to us if noticed. Now approaches the time when the so-called "Mage eaters" or "Magic eaters", magical creatures attracted to magical energy, awaken from their slumber. This is an annual thing, the creatures mostly appear during Ches and Eleint but are not specifically restricted to appear during other parts of the year, and can pose signifigant danger to the citizens of Sanctuary. The Spellguard has already received several reports of these creatures appearing and attacking spellcasters foolish enough to disregard the laws of spellcasting within Sanctuary. It is only a matter of time before innocent citizens find themselves in the way and are injured or even worse, killed. Do not wait until you find your home infested with dangerous magical creatures, take action now!

The Spellguard will pay you 150 gold for any report of unauthorized casting within Sanctuary you make, UPON the conviction and fining of the offender.
