I would like to know if we can RP, on the forums, unknown NPC's :

For example, i'm thinking about writing a small letter to the council on behalf of some citizens, the topic of this being without any importance at all and will have no consequence.

I think that as long as no one uses it for important business, or anything that has an impact In game, it could lead to more entertainment and will make the less known, non adventurous folk of Sanctuary a bit more alive.

You would need DM approval to do this.

Points though for asking rather than just going and doing it though! Not sure what my opinon is I spend way to much time reading other peoples letters rather than actually playing on the server...

If its entirely unimportant and inconsequential, as you've said, why bother?

Its unconsequential, but it has got a bit of humour in it.
