I plan to repeal the laws against magic use in Sanctuary though once the full Council is on my side.

If you want to try to help forstall this, we wish to see a report on magical detection. Specifically, what foes do we know of that can sense our magic use, and how far is it readily detectable?

In a seperate topic, I wish to hear your advise on the laws against necromancy. I'd like to see them ammended to give your Agency the authority to utilize any spells in an emergency situation.
