Good Evening,

A few days ago I was speaking with Private Rayas about a ring that was taken as a fine from a gentleman about a week ago.

I offered to purchase the ring from the Watch which Private Rayas was agreeable to but required the final authority and price to be set by one of his Seargeants.

He promised to contact me within a day or two and I am concerned that I have not heard from him.

Can someone please help me wit this request? I am contactable at the Rock Bottom Inn
