I have taken an interest in the Pot Helm, though I have not noticed any activity within the Pot Helm lately. I would like to inquire as to the current status of the organization.

If you are still operating I'd like to arrange a meeting with a representative. I have a proposition for the organization that will benefit you all greatly.

I am afraid that the head of our little business, Mister Rawne, has been away without leave for a very long time now, and no one knows about his whereabouts. This also meant that a lot of bargains had to be cancelled since A good amount of our collective wares went missing along with him, leaving a majority of customers rather disappointed, which made it even harder for me to go on alone. Should you still wish for a meeting, I will be around most of the time, however, without a word from Rawne, the situation is tricky.

I obviously haven't found a suitable time in finding you. Thus, here is my proposal on paper:

The Commonwealth is a business group dedicated to serving the community. We are here to boost the economy, encourage merchant activity and provide Sanctuary with new services.

We here at The Commonwealth are interested in reviving The Pot Helm Consortium. If you accept my proposal, The Pot Helm Consortium will become a member of The Commonwealth and we will personally work to manage and maintain The Pot Helm and prevent its downfall in the future. We will provide means of storage and financial organization. In exchange, a negotiable share of The Pot Helm's profits will be forwarded to The Commonwealth so we can continue to encourage our economy to prosper.

I will also add that on acceptance, I personally have many items that I will be willing to sell through The Pot Helm to give you a headstart on fresh new items.

You have expertise in this field and I look forward to working with you in the future.
