You may notice that when you log in (regardless of race) you get a skin ("Human Skin," "Moon Elf Skin," etc.)

If a skin of this kind ever found itself into your inventory (which would be a bug, it should never be in your actual inventory but rather equipped in the character's hide slot -- unaccessible to the player), please post this here. I know it happened to at least one person, but I'm curious if it's more wide-spread.

Mention which area it happened in, as well as any other circumstances.

I'm going to bump this one up, since I recently totally rewrote the entire subrace system. Please tell me if something isn't working properly! :)

Yech. I noticed this earlier-- glad that you could confirm it. Should be fixed!

(You'll have to get a DM to delete all those tokens, though.)

However, it doesn't. All that needs to be done is for a DM to use the "Deletion Widget" on all of the subrace tool/tokens in your inventory (yes, all of 'em). You should get a new one, which my replacement scripts can (now!) actually recognize as one, when you next log in.

Yes, my character, Simon Worth, a half-elf (with a blank subrace field), has an item called "half-elf skin" in his inventory, and has had it since I created him. I never knew it was a bug until I saw this thread.

I don't remember the date I created Simon, but it was the day Thrawn ran his prelude where goblins captured us and sold us to drow, if that helps you pin down when this was happening. Simon is the only character I've created on EfU so far, so I don't know if it's still happening. But the only other person I've seen mention this on the forums also plays a half-elf, so perhaps it's specific to that race.

Should I find a DM in-game to get this fixed?

Just have a DM delete the spare subrace hide. If the problem occurs again once the latest version of the module is put up, please inform us.
