I, Emilia Vivianne Lutherport, have suggested to teach the populace about the spellcasting laws, as well as how to cast magic efficiently and responsibly. I have discussed such an idea to the Agent Delgado and he has proposed that I teach such a class. I will be delighted to do so, and thus I will do it in the Arena in a nearing time.
