Tried getting the quest from the dwarf in the Town Hall, finished the conversation but didn't receive the quest nor the item.

Also, I couldn't sit down in the sofas in the book shop, haven't tried any others.

Duergar's Package quest:

Server crashed, and when I logged back in I still had the package, but no journal entry. I could re-take the quest (which isn't necessarily a bad thing, since I never completed the quest pre-crash :P ) but I could also sell the package for gold at merchants (I reckon its a 'Plot tag' issue.

Duergar package still stays on your person through reset, even if the quest doesn't.

Angry miner in the mines just tells you "Thank you for helpin me/us." even though I've never met him/her before.

I killed a dire rat on my way through the passages to the mines. Got 0xp. I was alone. (Area -70%, Group -50%, dCR 1;0, LVL +400% = Final -25%) Does that sound right?

The pies also last through a server reset. I keep taking the quest and forgetting to deliver them, so I'm going to open a pie shop.

Also, the Oghma lady in the City Hall mentioned that you could only take her "quest" once. I've finished it twice, feel free to remove the reward from me if you wish. If not, I'll just mark this to "not remembering my face" and hobble off happily with my reward again. :)
