I need to speak with someone about procurring a ring that was taken as a fine froma gentleman earlier today.

The gentleman in question was wearing Green armor and the ring was taken in lieau of a 200 Gold piece fine.

It is urgent that I procur this ring and am willing to pay substancially more than the fine it was taken for.
