Anonymous letter to Kata Feariams, left at Rock Bottom Inn

*the writing is a bit stiff, as if the author was tense while he was writing it, the style itself is cold, but serves only to betray some underlying emotion*

Dear Kata,

I believe I owe you an apology for a few events that have happened recently.

I hope you will be inclined to reconsider any judgement you may have made on me and my actions. I assure you that any displeasing actions I may have committed were the fruit of sympathetic teasing, or caused by some motives that I would wish to avoid shedding light upon, for reasons of pride.

*the signature however, is far softer, some sense of hope or joy being carried through* Someone who admires you, Shauna and the sisterhood greatly.

Kata collects the note, then sits and reads it at the bar while sipping a Victory Bitter.

"Didn't even sign the bloody thing properly." she mutters, before tucking it under her belt, draining the tankard and wandering outside.
