Officer Barkely finds the letter while sorting through unanswered letters. After spending a few minutes deciphering it, he swallows his mint, taps the bell on his desk, and calls out:

"Kesler! You around? I think this letter's for you. I must say, these people of yours do seem to be rather enthusiastic..."

After some discussion with Agent Kesler, the letter is forwarded to Operative Delgado, with the note:

No idea. Most likely somekind of Malarite with a taste for unauthorized Spellcasters. Sounds like the kind of Malarite I like really.

Officer Barkely forwards the letter back to Agent Kesler, who forwards it to Calandra Thervion. It is never seen again.
