Not sure if you used Set Name or if its a bug. The kua-toa smuggler has a sauhagin description.

I'm pretty sure that we don't have Kuo-Toa in the palette yet, so high probability that it was just SetName.

We should definitely get those added though.

We now have kuo-toa in the palette, and they have the proper description.
