Greatings Members of Sancturys council

I am writing to inform you that Clan Stoutheart is planing to set up a roth ranch near the town, i am wondering weather you have any concerns about it and if any council backing will be put into it as Sanctury is low on food as i understand (unless you count rat as a proper food stuff). i was planning on digging a cavern to the north east of the main gate in the rock near the mine entrance, the Ranch would be run by clan stoutheart and we will sell shares in this enterprise.

I am interested in the details of your project. While the city of Sanctuary is not presently in the grip of any particular famine at the present time, it has been on numerous occasions in the past, and an additional source of food certainly wouldn't hurt.

Please be aware that any settlement outside of Dunwarren would not fall under the protective jurisdiction of Sanctuary's civil defense forces, and that you would have to negotiate your own agreement with Clan Grunstubhle if you are going to be operating in their territory.
