Greetings Mordur, it has been brought to my attention that you may have witnessed what appeared to be numerous murders in the tunnels beneath the Lower Quarter. According to the information I have in my hands, the drow that reside within Sanctuary murdered some citizens within those tunnels, one Frudoc Maynare included, and that you were indeed within the tunnels at this time. Due to the fact that you appear to be more interested in the safety of Sanctuary than many of your fellow Tigereyes I have decided to offer you the chance to work with the Spellguard in this matter. These drow are a great risk to the safety of our citizens, be they inhabitants of the Upper or Lower Quarters, and their removal is simply inevitable. We should meet personally and discuss this threat as soon as possible but in the meanwhile, could you offer me a report on what you witnessed within the tunnels?

It is well taken by me that my efforts to better protect this city have not been completely dismissed by those of upper. Despite some attitudes, and a rather heated letter sent by myself to your superiors. Your willingness to make an effort to work together is admirable. In that light I do wish that we the Tigereye, if not purhaps myself, be informed of your operations in lower. I will meet with you to discuss this matter in question. An unfortunate wrong that I have since made right. I have killed the drow that initiated this melee you speak of, and I look to make a presentation of his head, and some of his trophies, to both the council and yourselves. I would be pleased if you were present for this.
