When you go up into the pumphouse from the sewers, the message is "You are slowly lowered back up to the Sanctuary Pumphouse."

This must be some new meaning of the word "lowered."

I've noticed that some doors in the city are not the same when you transit. (I mean, if you open a rusty metal door and enter then you exit through a mechanical metal door.) The only place I recall though is the Seekers Hall. Might be your intentions, or not. :P
