The prelude forum is good, though I have a suggestion that would make things a little clearer as to when the preludes are going to take place.

I'm not sure if forum - d/m's have this ability but being able to change the THREAD title that would be the way to go.

When a d.m commits to doing a prelude they edit the forum post title to have a DATE and GMT time. Or alternatively edit the TEXT of the first posters message to have in bold the DATE and GMT time.

<4/5,GMT=6:30p>

etc which means the 4th of the 5th month 6 :30 pm in gmt time.

A locked thread means the prelude is cancelled or completed (as it is at the moment)
