[A formal letter to Ando Firemane from Genevis]

Mr. Firemane,

Ando, I have an offer for you, and a desperate request.

People are dying, Ando. A collapsed wall has crippled a woman, killed a child and two men now sit in pain in my clinic, their lives in my hands. And that's only the first case, the list is much longer.

This has all come quite tragically at a key point in the election process. I find myself torn between the immediate fate of few and the long-term fate of many. I am already late in my campaigning, and my speech is not even entirely finished yet. This is my plea.

I can pay you one hundred gold, but my speech must be heard. Please reply quickly, the voting has begun and I my time is shorter than the men I tend to. I will forward the speech to you if you accept without delay!

Genevis Ward

P.S. Tell Quadra thank you, and I'm sorry for letting her down. I'm trying. And thank you, Ando.

You want me to read your speech for you? I'm not sure about the political implications of such a course, but I can't fault you for thinking more of the lives of the injured than your political campaign. Forward me the speech, I will read it for you as best I can.

-Ando Firemane

*another let is sent to Genevis in reply*

I still have not recieved your speech. I am touched at your faith in me to come up with, and orate an entire speech for a councilor, but I think you DID want me to use your speech, and not mine. As mine would call for women to be required to....anyway, send me the speech will you?

-Ando Firemane

*yet another letter is sent, adressed to Genevis in firm bold lettering*

Still don't have your speech, nor any information from you on regards to it. If you want me to help you, I need something from you.

-Ando

[a short letter is returned]
