I too am in possession of such a wheel quater, and I need to know if our segments are linked, or oppersite, as it were. Obviously I am happy to pay thousands for this item. What is the current bid? And can I have an oppertunity to examine the item in person? If you do not feel safe allowing a stranger to view this item in person, we can meet at a public place, or alturnatly, make a clear charcoal rubbing of the face, with enough detail that I can match the runes.
