I would like to put forward a recommendation for Aristotle Barelleon. I saw him on various occasions leading groups into battle and I observed he was quick to assess what everyone was best at and put them to use accordingly. His orders were clear and easy to understand, also, no one was put at an inordinate amount of risk as he never asked any team members to do anything he himself would not do. Another of his notable features is that he was the first into the fray and last out if it turns bad. Furthermore he fights like a demon. I believe those are all qualities a good leader should have.
