Seems to be bugged. At least the kobold in Fort Mur and the one in Port Claw did not work. Both took my coins, then the NPC disappeared and we couldn't move. After a relog we were able to move but were unable to get to the ship, in which we were never transported. The server still gives messages that we jump to the ship and that the boat eventually bumbs to the shore of our destination.

This is attributed to attempts to address bioware jumping not always working, and people sometimes being left behind on ships or on shore. Thank you for sharing this with us. We will need to pursue a different implementation!

In the meantime, please try to avoid sailing.
