War is Necessary for Prosperity

[an obscure, dark robed figure is seen scampering about Lower Sanctuary placing several posters in a quick manner]

Citizens of Sanctuary, war is crucial to maintain our survival.

We have for too long sat in the mere shadow of other beings, races that were once of considerable power in respect to our fragmented city. We were servants to them once, and yet with our growing power, numbers and force we still remain peons and slaves, mere rothe herded by pathetic intimidation. The tangible shackles have only become invisible; we are still locked within the false comforts and security that Sanctuary brings.

This, however, does not have to be the case. There is a key to release us. Citizens, the time to bolster our strength and vanquish such unworthy foes is now. The drow, one of our malignant foes, already assist us by slaying their own in a brutal civil war. With our rallying cries, we can, must, and will destroy these vermin that have incarcerated us within the shadowy prison of the Underdark. How you ask? The answer is simple. Vote Kallie Bendon in the coming elections. Her guidance will lead us to victory. It will allow us to harness our combined strength, to triumph over the now weakening forces around us, and to ultimately prosper.

With the elimination of threats such as the drow, we no longer have to live in fear. With expansion, we come closer to reaching the prize that so many of us have forgotten; escape from the nightmare that is the Underdark. There is a way out, and by destroying the faultering races around us, we will reach it. With Kallie Bendon's position in council, she will allow us to finish the job, to squash the remaining scum, and return to the homeland that we have been so devastatingly deprived of.

Kallie Bendon, a champion of countless battles both on the surface and in this land, has the valour, courage, temperment, strength, and forethought to lead Sanctuary to victory over its foes. Though violence is unfortunate, this is a war that we, for better or for worse, are already entangled in. We have had our hands forced, but such is a situation Kallie Bendon is familiar with. And such circumstances Kallie Bendon has countless times overcame in order to achieve absolute victory.

We can prosper. Vote Kallie Bendon.

A woman covered from head to toe in black armor decidedly approaches a poster. Glancing over it quickly, she checks to see that the poster is stuck to the wall and smiles as she walks away slowly.

*a hooded figure smears rothe dung all over the poster*

*A man in a bright copper armor walks up and cleans the dung off the paper, not reading the poster as he walks away*

A dark-skinned elf gracefully strides past the notice as it catches his attention. He then proceeds to grin and mutter something in elven.

A man in black armor looks at the poster and makes a sign. The poster is bathed in light for awhile, calling attention to it.

*A red wizard wanders by and realizes that the idea is psychotic, even though it is fairly unlikley anyone would ever actually be persuaded.

He points out the glowing, magical sign, outside of a warded area to a nearby spellguard*

A dark robed elf stops for a moment to read the poster, and barely suppresses a burst of laughter.

*A huge half-orc notices the poster and start to read it. Once finished he turns around and giggles wile walking away*
