As as a new player, what with all the similar-looking doors in the ruins, the area where the quest recipient for this quest is can be difficult to find. This may well be intentional, but it can be somewhat frustrating, and I would recommend a guard or marker of some type outside this door to note that it is occupied, as well as maybe a clearer set of directions from the quest-giving NPC.
