Mieredo Talanger, my Hobbesian obese halfling Watchman, has finally died. Despite being a fine, upstanding citizen with a distinguished military career, Animator Dhimani decided that it would probably be prudent to strangle him within the bowels of the Tower.

I think he was probably the last of Agrael Lothor's era to finally kick the bucket, although that's largely because he was inactive for a while. (With his woefully innapropriate CON score, he really should have died months ago).

Unfortunately, many of the screenshots of Pvt. Talanger's lengthy and prosperous career as a Watchman seem to be eluding me.

Here's a showdown between Mieredo and his nemesis, Agent Semaj. WM always has my back.

He's not the last under Sunellar and Lothor. Alyssara is still alive, though I doubt I'll be playing her again. I don't really want to bring back a character who has been inactive for that long.

It was a great quest for a character to die on, exceedingly epic. And we were all glad to have you along.

Kudos to Howland as well for running such a great quest.

He was way too tough on criminals, he was just a 'beat 'em down and let it stew', while Danger was a 'let's try and mediate this so it doesn't happen again'. You can tell they weren't best of friends.

Talanger was way better than Danger. Talanger had more guts in his pinky finger than Danger had in his whole body. The ratio of courage, intelligence, and personal grooming relative between Talanger and Danger was 10:1.

In other news, I've missed you Scalebane.

I sincerely regret you did not get a screenshot of his last moments, being angrily strangled to death by the grumpiest man in the Spellguard with his Dr. Claw hand.

Haha. Talanger and Sugrin hated each other with a passion almost holy, then I blew myself up. Pity I did, would of been fun to extend that rivalry.

Got to interact with your character at odd intervals, but always had a good time when I did so. Great character!

Talanger! The one reason Dentra almost went to the Watch instead of the SGA, based purely on the badassness of one.

Wish I'd gotten to interact more with him. But at least Scalebane returns, so we can all interact with his bodacious body.
