You have forty-eight hours to hand over Pyotr Ignatiev. He has assaulted, possibly killed, a member of the Sovereign Host.
Should you fail to do this the Sovereign Host will immediately move to aid the rebels in all of their assaults against the Spellguard. Furthermore, if you fail to do this I shall see you slain personally for harboring this criminal.
You may strip him of his things and torture him if you'd like. I do not care what condition he is in when he is handed over, so long as he is given to me alive and bound so that he cannot escape.
The Host is open to negotiations with the Tower on this matter and may be willing to provide some sort of compensation.
