Citizen of Sanctuary,

This dark, Heroic Lieutenant Dorn Reynolds and his rebellion have fought there way back into the city. Through the rebellion's honor, commitment, sweat, blood, and tears they won a decisive battle against the foot hold of Spellguard Tyranny. Lt. Reynolds has paved the way for your elected leadership to return, so that each and every citizen is held accountable to the people. Additionally, the rebellion would see that civil justice and accountability is returned to the people of Sanctuary. Yet, many of you know there is still much left to do pertaining to rebuilding and protection from the threats that loom against us.

During these difficult times, the rebellion leadership understands the difficulties associated with confliction between duty, loyalty, and integrity. Consequently, any Watchman who remains alive after this latest incursion with the rebellion may be absolved of their transgressions and return to their duty with the Watch. He or she simply needs to present themselves to the Watch so that they may be recognized. The rebellion will provide three days to any Watchman who seeks to be absolved from this internal conflict and return to duty. After three days, the remaining Watchmen under Sheriff Sheps or Commander Simms direction will be hunted down and held accountable.
