I turned in the cutting to Sugriam yesterday, and when I selected "random item", it said he passed me an item, but I did not receive anything. (Nothing showed up in the dialogue window and nothing new was in my inventory). I did receive the XP, though. Since his dialogue has been edited to factor the recent developments in Sanctuary, I'm wondering if the script got bugged in the process? I have not had the opportunity to try it again to see if the problem repeats.

Confirmed to still not be working on August 31. Conversation says he passes something over but there is no real reward.

This will be fixed next reset.
