Sealed letter to Spellguard, Urgent Internal Affairs Report.

Dear Respected Defenders of Sanctuary that I may soon join rank,

Sergeant Coronado as I witnessed violated several laws including:

Disobedience to the Sheriff or Spellguard Commander Attempted, plotted or effected Blackmail of non-Sanctuary enemies Fraud Theft

He committed fraud by falsely acting on and stating the the -dissolved- laws concerning sellers permits. I informed the proper law and decree that Overseer Sheps and Simms proclaimed and was told to be silent by Coronado, which was an unreasonable order as it would be implicate me in the crime. Upon threat of force and arrest he personally blackmailed a citizen in the streets to gain items from a (proven as per the person making a sending witnessed by myself) citizen. I informed that since she had a citizen stone which to present to buyers and there was no violation under the current laws since she did not make a sale. He then took several items on display and ordered my arrest to Private Stinger which I did not resist. I suspect that Stinger may be a possible partner in crime for these shenanigans because he permitted it and may have had full knowledge of the new laws and lied like a halfling that he did not act disorderly. I cringe on the idea that there are men that use imagination in the interpretation of the law.

I will have sent word to inform the other watchmen of his crimes and he will be arrested and tried. I will not have any man disobey Overseer Sheps and Simms under such filthy pretenses as to ignoring the current laws as a whole and make up such things.
